1. Quiénes somos
Este sitio y el servicio SonIA son operados por Jorge Andrés Martínez Artavia, persona natural, titular del establecimiento de comercio ColDesigns AI Studios (NIT 1.019.115.006-9; matrícula mercantil 04085492, Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá). Contacto: info@coldesignsai.com.
2. Servicios
Ofrecemos automatización, chatbots, integración con APIs de Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger), CRM, voz con IA y servicios relacionados. Al usar el sitio o conectar una cuenta aceptas estos Términos y la Política de Privacidad.
3. Uso del sitio
Te comprometes a usar el sitio de forma legal, sin fines fraudulentos y sin interferir con su funcionamiento. Podemos suspender el acceso ante incumplimientos.
4. Conexión de cuentas de Instagram
- Declaras ser titular o administrador autorizado de la cuenta que conectas.
- La cuenta debe ser profesional (empresa o creador).
- Autorizas a ColDesigns a leer y responder mensajes directos mediante SonIA, con los permisos
instagram_business_basiceinstagram_business_manage_messages. - Puedes revocar el acceso cuando quieras desde Instagram (Configuración → Sitios web y apps) o por correo.
- Debes cumplir los términos y políticas de Meta e Instagram, incluida la ventana de 24 horas para responder mensajes y las reglas de uso de la API.
5. Uso de inteligencia artificial
Las respuestas de SonIA las genera una IA y pueden contener errores. El cliente supervisa su configuración y es responsable del contenido que su asistente comunica a sus propios clientes y de informarles que hablan con un asistente automatizado.
6. Roles sobre los datos
ColDesigns es responsable de los datos de su sitio y sus propios prospectos, y encargado de los datos de los clientes finales de las empresas que conectan sus cuentas. Esa relación se detalla en la Política de Privacidad y, cuando aplique, en un contrato de encargo de tratamiento. Los datos del cliente siguen siendo del cliente.
7. Mensajes SMS
Si aceptas recibir SMS, autorizas a ColDesigns a enviarte mensajes sobre tu consulta y servicios. Responde STOP para dejar de recibirlos o HELP para ayuda. La frecuencia puede variar, pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos, y los datos de aceptación móvil no se comparten con terceros con fines de marketing.
8. Disponibilidad y suspensión
No garantizamos un servicio ininterrumpido. Podemos suspender o terminar la conexión por abuso, riesgo de seguridad o incumplimiento de las políticas de Meta o de estos Términos.
9. Propiedad intelectual
El contenido del sitio pertenece a ColDesigns AI Studios o a sus licenciantes. Los logotipos de terceros pertenecen a sus propietarios y se usan solo para indicar compatibilidad. Está prohibida la reproducción sin autorización.
10. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida permitida por la ley, no respondemos por daños indirectos, lucro cesante ni por interrupciones atribuibles a terceros (Meta, proveedores de nube o IA). Nada de lo anterior limita derechos del consumidor que la ley no permita limitar.
11. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Colombia. Las controversias se someterán a los jueces competentes de Bogotá D.C.

This site and the SonIA service are operated by Jorge Andrés Martínez Artavia, natural person and owner of the business establishment ColDesigns AI Studios (Tax ID/NIT 1.019.115.006-9; commercial registration 04085492, Bogotá Chamber of Commerce). Contact: info@coldesignsai.com.
2. Services
We offer automation, chatbots, Meta API integrations (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger), CRM, AI voice and related services. By using the site or connecting an account you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully, without fraudulent purposes and without interfering with its operation. We may suspend access in case of breach.
4. Connecting Instagram accounts
- You declare that you are the owner or an authorized administrator of the account you connect.
- The account must be professional (business or creator).
- You authorize ColDesigns to read and answer direct messages through SonIA, with the
instagram_business_basicandinstagram_business_manage_messagespermissions. - You may revoke access at any time from Instagram (Settings → Websites and apps) or by email.
- You must comply with Meta and Instagram terms and policies, including the 24-hour messaging window and API usage rules.
5. Use of artificial intelligence
SonIA's replies are generated by AI and may contain errors. The client supervises its configuration and is responsible for what its assistant tells its own customers and for informing them that they are talking to an automated assistant.
6. Data roles
ColDesigns is the controller of its website data and own leads, and the processor of the end customers' data of companies that connect their accounts. This is detailed in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, in a data processing agreement. Client data remains the client's.
7. SMS messages
If you agree to receive SMS, you authorize ColDesigns to send you messages about your inquiry and services. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
8. Availability and suspension
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or end the connection for abuse, security risk or breach of Meta policies or these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
Site content belongs to ColDesigns AI Studios or its licensors. Third-party logos belong to their owners and are used only to indicate compatibility. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or interruptions attributable to third parties (Meta, cloud or AI providers). Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C.
